Hippie vans are back, and this time they are electric
Are you looking for some way to relive the good old days? Hippie vans are a classic way to travel without compromising your values. Almost everyone knows gas guzzlers are out of fashion. Still, not everyone is prepared for electric cars, which are confined to a small market. Unfortunately, it lacks enough customization for me to enjoy it.
With the introduction of this new model, Volkswagen is bringing all the advantages of its beloved hippie van to the public.
The new ID Buzz from Volkswagen has just been unveiled! In other words, the modern, electric version of the iconic minivan from the 1960s and 1970s. Aside from that, this new electric van will feature VW’s Modular Electrification Toolkit. They combine battery power with motor power.
Nearly 500 kilometres of autonomy will be provided by the ID Buzz minivan. 80% of your battery will be charged within 30 minutes. The concept is beautiful and nostalgic! Travelling by road will, however, have to wait. 2022 will be the year that ID Buzz is released.
Having a hippie van that retains the authenticity we appreciate is the exciting element of this van. The car is equipped with everything modern we need, including things like AC and a powerful engine. You will be able to travel all over the world with no carbon footprint at all. That’s going to get your heart pumping, I’m sure. We are thrilled to be able to enjoy a modern piece of history once more.
