Duolingo was the original free language-learning app to rival high-paid programs. It allows plenty of self-paced activities to help you form a base knowledge of dozens of languages or review one you previously know. It’s simply the best free language app you can find.

I lately noticed a huge rise in memes about Duolingo. I don’t know what so meme-worthy about it. There’s even a subreddit for it called r/duolingomemes.
