I feel so insecure! I'm so envious to people who are physically fit! I'm so jealous so much! I felt so sad seeing them. Gaining weight is one of my goals for myself but it so challenging for me to achieve it coz I'm a little bit picky in foods I eat everyday since I have a fatty liver issue 3 years ago. Imagine a tall and thin man having fatty liver, my doctor was shocked! Since then, I used to pick natural foods and it makes me more thinner. I am so depressed that time! I am shy to show up to everyone because of my appearance, thin and clumsy bitch!😭😒😢 It is so hard that you cannot easily consume foods that you want to place in your mouth and satisfy your tummy, most especially the processed one.
