  1. Wait a minute , the recommended quality is 56 grams . . .? That’s not right ,the recommended is the minimum requirement ,, we actually need at least 0.8 to 1 gram per kilo of body weight .

  2. There is a book published, witj the title Proteinaholic. Our daily need of protein isn't that high. Excessive protein intake can be toxic. And for most its best to get protein from plants. Milk is one of the unhealthiest animal secretions out there.

  3. Are you kidding me? Lentils – 40g carbs/18g protein, brocoli – 7g carbs/2g protein, beans – 63g carbs/20g protein… these are high carb food s, not high protein. And peanuts… help loose weight, are you for real? peanuts 52g FAT/28g protein and 600 calories, it is one of the worst foods to loose weight and it's mostly fat. All of these are healthy, don't get me wrong, but come on… chicken breast 50g PROTEIN/6g fat… that is high protein food, or tuna and stuff like that.
